William Simpson, MD - Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. William Simpson, MD is an experienced, Spanish-bilingual orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in sports medicine, joints, foot, and hand surgery in Santa Ana.
Dr. Simpson approaches his patients with dedication to their well-being. He is a member of the American Board Medical Examiners, American Association of Experts in Traumatic Stress, American Board of Forensic Examiners, California Orthopedic Association, and American Public Health Association.
Dr. Simpson received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from UCLA and received a master’s degree in neurophysiology from CSUDH. He began his medical education at the Kansas University Medical Center. He completed his general surgery internship at King-Drew Postgraduate Medical Center and completed a full residency in orthopedic surgery at King-Drew Postgraduate Medical Center. His specialized training included junior fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery, hand surgery, sports medicine, stroke and head trauma.
Dr. Simpson has been in practice since 1985. He treats patients with problems involving nerves, tendons, ligaments, arthritis, the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Besides surgery, he performs platelet-rich plasma therapy, stem cell therapy, and cold laser treatments. He performs arthroscopies of shoulders, wrists, knees, and ankles. He also performs micro surgeries.

Dr. Michael Mousavi, Board Certified Chiropractor licensed to practice chiropractic in California since 1996. Dr. Mousavi graduated from the Southern California College of Chiropractic (SCCC).
Dr. Michael Mousavi is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) as well as an Independent Medical Evaluator (IME). He is certified by the Division of Workers' Compensation - Medical Unit to examine injured workers to evaluate disability and write medical-legal reports.
With over 2 decades of chiropractic training and expertise under his belt, he has treated thousands of patients with conditions ranging from whiplash, herniated disc in the neck and lower back, scoliosis, sciatica to carpal tunnel syndrome and enabled his patients achievement of optimal health.
Dr. Mousavi likes to remain on the cutting edge of research & treatment in his field. He also treats patients with the revolutionary spinal decompression machine.

Dr. James Noe, Board Certified Chiropractor licensed to practice in California since 1999. He went to Palmar Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa and transferred to Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles where he graduated in 1998. He has been practicing in Southern California over 20 years treating patients with injuries like whiplash, herniated disc, and subluxations from sports injury, auto accident and work accident. Dr. James Noe is Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to perform D.O.T (Department of Transportation) physical examination by ensuring that commercial motor vehicle (CMV) operators are physically qualified to drive.
